Toys 4 Tots Toy Drive
The San Jose Marine Corps Training Center and infoBayArea.com requests your assistance to bring the Spirit of the Holidays to underprivileged children ages 0-16 by donating an unwrapped toy ($10-$15 value). The toys will be distributed throughout December to various charities assisting economically challenged families and children. Make a difference: Individuals - Donate a toy or make a cash donation. Local Businesses - Donate toys, cash donations, be a toy drop off location or donate a service i.e. warehouse, printing, transportation... www.toys4tots.us
This year marks the 61st anniversary for the Toys for Tots tradition of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. In 2006, Toys for Tots delivered more than 19.2 million toys to over 7.6 million children. Unfortunately, with over 13 million children living in poverty, Toys for Tots needs your help more than ever to achieve our goal of delivering a toy to every child in need.
